Marco initially started his personal injury journey on the intake team at Phillips Law Firm. Shortly afterwards, Marco fully refined his personal injury skills by helping Habtemariam Law Firm grow from 4 to 27 employees. After helping fully establish multiple departments and helping generate millions in revenue Marco successfully accomplished his goal of helping that company become fully operational. Shortly afterwards Marco found himself at another firm and quickly started a brand team from the ground up. He was able to help that firm generate over $2 million in settlements in a record time frame of 6 months. It was that experience and a client first mentality when Marco knew he had all the skills needed to start M&T Injury law alongside Komo.

Marco earned his degree in Communications with a minor in Business from the University of Washington in Seattle. When he’s not advocating for clients and taking on insurance companies, you’ll find him exploring new restaurants, traveling to different cities, attending live sporting events, or cheering on the Huskies in any and all UW athletics.
